Program Theory: FESPI Fútbol
Chester City United combines tactical soccer lessons such as passing, shooting, and dribbling with soft skills like teamwork and sportsmanship. Kids use the Growth Mindset FESPI approach to evaluate their Focus, Effort, Strategies, Perseverance, and Improvement. This Framework helps them to meet challenges and learn from them, rather than giving up!
